My key areas of focus are: Core Technology Modernisation, End-to-End Journey Redesign, Product Management, Product Design and Agile Delivery. I work In large complex matrix organisations with executives, business heads, engineering teams and third party providers to digitise end-to-end business processes and services to power seamless customer journeys and create a connected ecosystem of experiences informed by subject matter experts and customer input. For over 10 years, organisations lean on me to bring my technical and strategic acumen as well as my communication, management and organisation skills to creatively problem solve in critical times. I routinely tap into these expertise to provide focus, momentum and results to customers using cutting edge tooling to make data driven decisions. As an a leader, I am passionate about empowering organisations with the vision, strategy, know-how, and mindsets to transition to become digital leaders and advocate design thinking methods to create momentum, reduce risks, increase agility and drive meaningful change in record time. I have worked with HSBC, Sony Interactive Entertainment, Vodafone Group and ING. I obtained my MSc In Innovation Management and Entrepreneurship from Manchester Business School, United Kingdom and my BSc in Economics and Business from Erasmus School of Economics in The Netherlands. I have varied interests that include travelling, nature, and speaking with women about financial literacy.
