Re-platforming for a multinational video game leader Chiamaka optimised the digital capabilities of a Gaming provider in 10 months by designing and executing a unified global game publishing platform service aimed at reducing the lead time for content setup, development and sale of digital and physical video games. |

Chiamaka spearheaded the launch of 5 digital COVID-19 lending channels in Hong Kong and United Kingdom in less than 2 weeks by designing and implementing end to end processes for a seamless customer experience. In the UK, the portal grew the business banking business by supporting 150,000 customers seeking billions of COVID -19 bounce back loans. Pioneering new communications pathways for Hong Kong Customers Chiamaka propelled the Asia Pacific digital transformation agenda for a global bank in 8 weeks by running a pilot for the first ever use of third party messaging channels (Whatsapp & WeChat) to serve Private Banking Hong Kong customers. |

Chiamaka leads high performing teams in a high-praise, high-challenge and high-support environment. This inclusive approach led her to co-found HSBC EmpowHER, a 6 months data-driven progamme designed to amplify 90 UK Black Heritage women for career opportunities. She led 20 volunteers to launch the intrapreneurial programme in 5 months and harnessed the power of Generative AI to gather data insights, driving bank-wide strategy and delivering key business outcomes. The programme delivered the following results: EmpowHER, respondents recorded 15%-35% growth over 8 core career development indices, 62% expanded responsibilities or improved performance in current role and 97% programme satisfaction. |
