She led 20 volunteers to launch the intrapreneurial programme in 5 months and harnessed the power of Generative AI to gather data insights, driving bank-wide strategy and delivering key business outcomes. The programme delivered the following results: EmpowHER, respondents recorded 15%-35% growth over 8 core career development indices, 62% expanded responsibilities or improved performance in current role and 97% programme satisfaction. |
